By providing your personal data to Alquimia do Corpo, the client acknowledges and consents that the data will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the rules and principles outlined in the respective terms and conditions of the services used. Therefore, regarding the processing of personal data, the client must read this Privacy and Cookies Policy together with the General Terms and Conditions of Use. Please note that we may amend this Privacy and Cookies Policy whenever necessary, without prior authorization.

Personal data collected from our clients is requested when making a purchase or ordering products or services at one of our Alquimia do Corpo stores or through our website, when creating a customer account on our website, or when joining an Alquimia do Corpo loyalty program. Customer Management: Since Alquimia do Corpo is dedicated to selling cosmetics and beauty products, as well as providing related services such as after-sales and training, both through physical stores and the online store, processing your data is necessary to fulfill the sales or service contract. If you join the Alquimia do Corpo loyalty program, personal data will be requested in the membership form, along with acceptance of the General Conditions. Providing personal data is essential for enjoying all benefits, meaning that processing is required for contract execution in fields marked as “mandatory.” Personal data collected for this purpose will be kept for up to 2 years after the last commercial contact with Alquimia do Corpo.
Marketing or Telemarketing: Alquimia do Corpo may process collected personal data to send information about products and services. This will only be done with the explicit consent of the data subject, given through the membership form, in-store customer registration, online account creation, or newsletter subscription. Recruitment: During recruitment and selection processes, Alquimia do Corpo collects and processes personal data of applicants. Candidate data will be retained for 5 years after collection.
Personal data will also be processed to respond to questions, suggestions, or complaints submitted by the data subject to Alquimia do Corpo. In this case, data will be stored for 2 years after the last response from Alquimia do Corpo.
