Return Policy – Alquimia do Corpo Cosméticos
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we offer up to 30 days after delivery to request a product return. Please see the conditions and guidelines below:
Eligible products for return:

Personal hygiene products: returns are only accepted if the seal is intact and there are no signs of use.

Machines and accessories: must be returned in the same condition as sent, including original packaging, accessories, and manuals, without any signs of use.

Personalized products: we do not accept returns of custom-made or personalized items.
Return methods:

In-store return: directly at our physical store (address below).

Courier/shipping service: chosen by the customer.

Home pickup (only in Mainland Portugal): cost of €5.00, to be paid in advance.
Required documentation:

Copy of the purchase invoice.
Refund:

Store credit: 100% refund of the product value, valid for 180 days to use.

Cash refund: 80% refund of the amount paid, with a minimum deduction of €2.00 to cover operational costs.

Processing time: up to 30 days after the return is approved.
⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective product or wrong item shipped:

In such cases, Alquimia do Corpo Cosméticos covers 100% of the costs, including shipping, and issues a full refund.
